Pain Management

Millions of Americans are suffering with pain on a daily basis. These pain sufferers fall into one of two categories; either acute pain or chronic pain. Most of us however don't understand much about pain.

For those with chronic pain of arthritis or fibromyalgia the daily suffering can be quite frustrating. Understanding your pain is the first step in managing it appropriately.

I've found a site that is very detailed and explains the:

  • causes of pain
  • types of pain
  • assessment of pain
  • traditional treatments of pain
  • alternative treatments of pain
This site is easy to navigate and the information regarding pain is so thorough that even doctors can learn something; or at least review what they forgot. You can even buy books and products relating to pain directly from Amazon.com on the site.

Visit Pain-Management-Info.com for more information.
