Americans are the Corn People

Eat a steak, drink a soda, milk or beer and you've eaten corn.

Corn is what feeds the steer that becomes the steak and feeds the chicken, turkey, pigs and lamb. Even the catfish, tilapia and salmon are now raised on farms and fed corn.

Your cheese, milk, yogurt--all corn, from cows formerly grazed on grass to Holsteins living indoors tied to machines and eating corn.

Let's look at a chicken nugget. Chicken, from corn, glued together with modified corn starch, battered with corn flour and fried in corn oil. Also included the leavening, lecithin, mono-glycerides, di-glycerides, tri-glycerides, and the citric acid to keep them "fresh".

You then wash down your nugget with soda sweetened with high fructose corn syrup.

Continue to read labels in your supermarket and you'll find all of these products....made from Corn:
  • Modified or unmodified corn starch

  • Glucose syrup

  • Maltodextrin

  • Crystalline fructose

  • Ascorbic acid

  • Dextrose

  • Lactic acid

  • Lysine

  • Maltose

  • HFCS-High Fructose Corn Syrup

  • MSG

  • Polyols

  • Caramel color

  • Xantham Gum
Coffee whitener, cake mixes, soups, candies, TV dinners, canned fruit, snacks, frosting, mayo, ketchup, mustard, hot dogs, bologna, margarine, shortening, fake maple syrup, salad dressings, relishes, etc....ALL MADE WITH CORN!

So...Why is Corn So Bad?

Corn is mostly omega 6 fatty acids.
The average American diet consists of food products with Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratios of about 30:1. Nutritional scientists report that chronic diseases are detectible when the ratio exceeds 4:1.

The ratio of Omega 6:Omega 3 should be closer to 1:1.
